1. I have paid for the product but have not received the registration info. What should I do?
If you have paid through RegSoft then the registration information is sent as soon as the payment has been authorised. Paypal payments can take a bit longer as they have to be handled manually, but still usually within 24 hours. If you still have not received the info then, in our experience so far, our messages are not getting through to you. One of the reasons we have discovered is that more and and more ISPs are using very aggressive spam-filtering techniques and, as a result, they often block quite legitimate mail as well. If you suspect this is the case please try contacting us using a different email address. If all fails, please post a message in our forum and we will post a reply there.

Yes. We have no plans to charge existing customers even if the price goes up.

4. I have generated a gallery but when I click on a thumbnail, I see no image.
You have got some illegal characters or space in your image filename or path. Try using only alpha-numeric characters.

5. Why do you only support four graphic formats (i.e. bmp, gif, jpg and png)?
Firstly, Picture2Web is essentially a web-authoring program, as opposed to a graphics program. The only graphics manipulation we do is in regard to thumbnail creation. The other functions such as resizing and conversion are really variations of just this one function. We decided to introduce these because we thought it would make life a little bit easier for our users, with only a little extra effort.

Secondly, jpeg and gif are the most (if not the only) used formats on web sites. There should really be no need to use any other formats. Some browsers may also have difficulty in rendering other formats.

We have no plans to introduce other formats at the moment, but should another format emerge as a popular standard, we will naturally reconsider our decision.
